«Budget impact analysis» method gives an opportunity to assess the expected costs of the budget for the phases before and after the introduction of new technology and/or a combination of technologies in certain nosology. The result is the ability to predict the change in budgetary expenditure, as well as to evaluate the acceptability of such changes for the budgetary financing of healthcare.
