Кратко описаны методы, применяемые для определения примесей мыл, неомыляемых веществ, остаточных органических растворителей, летучих веществ, посторонних жирных масел, альдегидов, воды, белков, парафина, воска, смоляных и минеральных масел, тяжелых металлов, фосфорсодержащих веществ, цианидов, синильной кислоты.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review contains summary information about possible impurities, determination of which is described by draft monograph «fixed vegetable oils» and state standards of Russian Federation.
