Изучение химико-токсикологических свойств цефепима является актуальным из-за случаев отравления данным антибиотиком с летальным исходом, а также отсутствия простых и современных методик его определения.</p><sec><title>Цель работы</title><p>Цель работы: выбор условий изолирования цефепима из биологического материала для последующего применения в практике судебно-медицинской экспертизы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: определение условий изолирования цефепима из биологического материала проводили на модельных смесях в несколько этапов: подбор приемлемого изолирующего агента и его количества, времени и кратности настаивания. Для идентификации, очистки и количественного определения цефепима применяли методы тонкослойной хроматографии и спектрофотометрии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: приемлемым изолирующим агентом для извлечения цефепима из биологического материала является смесь состава ацетон-вода (1:1), масса изолирующего компонента должна превышать массу биологического материала в два раза, продолжительность контакта изолирующего агента с биологическим материалом должна быть не менее 30 минут.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: результаты проведенных исследований позволили выявить приемлемый изолирующий агент и условия изолирования цефепима из биологического материала для идентификации и количественного определения антибиотика при судебно-медицинской экспертизе.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cefepime (active substance ‒ cefepime dihydrochloride monohydrate) is a fourth-generation antibiotic with a broad spectrum of action. The study of the chemical and toxicological properties of cefepime is especially relevant because there have been some cases of poisoning with this antibiotic which resulted in a fatal outcome, and because there is a lack of simple and up-to-date methods of its determination.</p><p>The study objective was to select conditions for cefepime extraction from biological material for subsequent use in forensic examination.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: the determination of conditions for cefepime extraction from biological material was performed using model mixtures and included selection of an adequate extracting agent and the required amount of the agent, as well as selection of the duration and number of digestion steps. Identification, purification and quantification of cefepime were performed using thin-layer chromatography and spectrophotometry methods.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: an acceptable agent that could be used for cefepime extraction from biological material is an acetone-water mixture (1:1), the amount of the extracting component should be twice the amount of the biological material, the time of contact between the extracting agent and the biological material should be at least 30 minutes.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: the results of the study allowed us to identify an acceptable extracting agent and the conditions for cefepime extraction from biological material for identification and quantification of the antibiotic during forensic examination.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>цефепим</kwd><kwd>изолирование</kwd><kwd>изолирующий агент</kwd><kwd>идентификация</kwd><kwd>количественное определение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cefepime</kwd><kwd>extraction</kwd><kwd>extracting agent</kwd><kwd>identification</kwd><kwd>quantification</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование проводилось без спонсорской поддержки.
