Определена концентрация ибупрофена в плазме крови с помощью метода высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии со спектрофотометрическим детектированием. Рассчитаны основные фармакокинетические параметры после однократного приема внутрь изучаемых препаратов: Cmax, Tmax, AUC0-t, AUC0-¥, MRT, Kel, TЅ. Показано, что фармакокинетика препаратов Ибупрофен/моно и Ибупрофен/(питофенон+фенпивериния бромид) после однократного приема не имеет статистически значимых различий, тогда как комбинированный препарат Ибупрофен/парацетамол имеет статистически значимые различия фармакокинетики по сравнению с монопрепаратом ибупрофена.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article reports the results of the study which investigated the pharmacokinetics of mono- and multi-component ibuprofen-containing drugs following single oral administration to healthy volunteers. Plasma concentration of ibuprofen was determined by HPLC with spectrophotometric detection. The main pharmacokinetic parameters - Cmax, Tmax, AUC0-t, AUC0-¥, MRT, Kel, TЅ - were calculated after single oral administration of the tested drugs.
